If you are an owner, prospective owner, tenant or looking to become a tenant of the property, we are ready to assist. Programs have been developed to guide investors and owners to identify the best unit to serve everyone’s unique needs. Our database has information on all available and upcoming units for lease and rent. All services are centrally located at the main entry gate. This location is easily accessible for meeting prospective investors, owners and tenants. The office is open during normal business hours and as needed. Our fee structure is tailored to the level of service an individual or organization requires. Fees range from a nominal minimum charge to a full service agreement at an equitable cost. Our goal is to provide value to the clients and customers we service.
The ReRent Property Management team manages the condos where I live and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are very responsive and take care of whatever needs we have. The Origin is front and center of Panama City Beach, FL . The beaches are gorgeous. We love the emerald green color of the Gulf and the calmness of the water. The Origin is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The pool and jacuzzi are overlooking the beach and are open until 10:00pm each night. Check out the roof top open areas that are accessible by the East and West elevators (not the central elevators) My family rented a non-gulf studio unit that came equipped with everything we needed for a week at the beach (bring extra beach and bath towels). Try Moe’s BBQ (double wide for 4 people) and bring it up to the roof top (floor 15) to watch the sunset. Remember to bring your camera . You’ll have a great time:-))

Having experienced other management companies previously, both with the Origin and other condominium associations, I am happy to say that ReRent is by far the best and most professional that we have dealt with. From Donna and Ellen in the office, to our maintenance team, to our security, everyone does a wonderful job taking care of small problems before they turn into big ones. My husband and I absolutely love the Origin in PCB. Donna does an awesome job of keeping this place beautiful. It’s always so clean and maintained and makes our annual visit the best ever!!!
