We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with carpentry expertise to join our team for rental unit maintenance. The responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to the following:.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry, door repair, painting, etc

• Plumbing

• Minor electrical 
• Perform routine preventive maintenance 

Qualifications

• Time management skills
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
